A spacious, bright and breezy home in Ben Buckler, North Bondi. Just 200m from Bondi Beach. Water views north and south - great location in sought after area at the end of Hastings Parade. Our home has all of the essentials: washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, TV, indoor and outdoor plants, surfboards and Piano!
The bedroom is 3.3m x 3.2m, comes unfurnished, has a ceiling fan and has a large mirrored built-in wardrobe. There is ample hanging space and drawers with double sliding doors.
The large open plan living room spills into a private back yard with a porch that has ocean views over Bondi. The living room has Air-conditioning/heating and there is a large, modern bathroom shared with two clean/tidy girls which has a shower, bathtub and heat lamps.
Housemates are two girls, 32 and 37, both young professionals, very social and friendly.
We have a car space that is already rented by one of the housemates but there is all day street parking out the front.
