The unit is a top floor apartment with water views North Bondi.
Balcony has a bbq.
5 bedroom large living area accommodates 5 comfortably .
We sometimes have guests over , couple of drinks and or bbqs sometimes .

Large kitchen area open plan and lounge ,4 min walk to the beach .
Bus stop to city 3 min walk away .
The house mates are easy going 22-37 years old and all working full time .
Saturday and Sundays mostly out and about at the beach or restaurants , going to gym or having a beer at a local bar .cook food for each other sometimes but mostly everyone is independent and considerate of each other and clean up after themselves to leave kitchen nice and clean .we like to Listen to music sometimes and watch some movies or sports .
