We have a great private room to rent in a massive house in North Manly. Close to public transport and only minutes from Manly CBD, overlooking a golf course. It can be short term or long term rental . It has high ceilings throughout and a great feel of space, gives you plenty of room to move. With a large loungeroom, Dining room, Kitchen, bathroom with a separate bath and shower. We also have external laundry, art studio , gym, a workshop, fire pit and a massive entertaining area with great views.
The bedroom is very big with natural light and can be fully furnished or unfurnished. Most bills are included ,Internet , foxtel, netflix and water. Electricity is share quarterly and split three ways . This place is a home and can be yours too! Unfortunately I can not have dogs , as its a rental property but wish I could!
