2 bedroom cozy apartment in a quiet, leafy street very close to public transport and within walking distance to the centre of Parramatta. Partially furnished room. No bed (I can provide a wardrobe, set of drawers, a desk and chair if needed or remove them if you need more space) that has its own balcony. The apartment is pet friendly! Internal laundry with washer and dryer. A dog park and ovals close by. There are a few local cafes all within walking distance. A corner shop down the street and a local coles nearby. The sports arena is also walkable if you want to catch a game. The historic Parramatta Park is also about 10 or so minutes away if you feel like a scenic walk. If you like hiking or rowing there is the Parramatta Lake about a 20 minute walk away. If you like to watch TV/ movies there is access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Paramount. Good place if you are a student at Uni of Western Sydney or if you are working in the centre of Parramatta.
