Good location to Macquarie, top Ryde, town hall .bus stop near by house.
More preferred female.
1. 15 minutes bus directly go to Macquarie shopping centre or Macquarie university if you drive only take 8 minutes.
Walk 12 minutes to Macquarie park metro station .
2. Bus 10minutes to top Ryde.
3. Walk 5 minutes get bus than directly to town hall only 35minutes, if it is not traffic only 24minutes drive to CBD.
4. Able to stay shorter term , at least three months,Other girls got very busy schedules, studying or working.
5. Also very tidy organized kitchen area for everyone use .
6. Centred aircon able to free use after 6pm -10pm,
7. Not very suit for any personal party , able to organise together if all the tenants like to .

I'm a teacher and a nurse, living alone and managing this property. I'm sincere, friendly, respectful, and well-organised with good time management. Very busy schedule, not much more time in the house.
Located on a quiet street, all nice neighborhood, not much more cars parking off street, very suite for living. Very convenient to all buses and the metro station.
