Hi everyone,

I am unexpectedly moving out of my apartment that I share with the incredible Juna and her puppy Ace (he's a cavoodle), hence advertising this.

I've loved living here and we've had a great time together. Juna works from home 1 to 2 days per week and has the office/study set up. She is happy to share this if your schedules align and WFH days don't clash. I have sometimes worked from the dining table if we are both at home on the same day. Juna is on the road most days with work and loves to cook (she is also a great cook), and Ace loves some attention if you have that love to give, otherwise he is a very chill puppy that is a mummas boy.

Juna is looking for someone that likes a clean and tidy home and is willing to share the cleaning duties, but the house is easy to maintain (we recently had the carpets steam cleaned). Also, she is a gamer so bonus if you are too as I am not!

Juna goes to the gym most days and does muay thai (watch out!). She often stays at her boyfriends with Ace, so you will have the apartment to yourself a few nights a week.

- Fully furnished oversized apartment in a security building
- Tonnes of storage in the apartment (entry corridor + laundry closet + kitchen)
- Faces east, so you get beautiful sunrises and morning light
- Internal washer/dryer and plenty of space on the balcony to hang your clothes on the clothes horse to dry
- Internal gym (treadmill, cable machine, bench, free weights, bike, rower +)
- 5 minutes walk to Victoria Cross metro and 7 minutes to Crows Nest Metro and Crows Nest (Woolies/Coles etc)
- 12 minute walk to North Sydney train station and 8 - 10 minutes to Coles/Aldi and other North Sydney features like the Victoria Cross food precinct
- Regular buses right outside the building (5 - 10 minutes into Wynyard)
- Close to St Leonards Park (3 minute walk)
- 10 minute drive to Balmoral / 25 minutes on the bus from Miller St (a 3 minute walk to this)

Bills are split evenly:

- Internet is $42.50 per month (per person)
- Last gas bill was $148.56 (quarterly - split evenly)
- Last electricity bill was $259.32 (quarterly - split evenly)
