Description of the home
This house feels huge for three people. There are multiple living areas and the outside space is excellent for entertaining. We live on a quiet street, however it is a 6min walk to the Victoria Cross metro station. Public transport is easy here.
There are plenty of walking tracks nearby and lots of gyms.
The off- street parking is very secure but not suitable for large vehicles.
The house was freshly painted in December 2024 and still is clean and fresh.
Fully furnished apart from needing to replace a couch, fridge and washing machine from previous housemate, which we are willing to do.
