Situated in the heart of North Sydney, our home is a 5 minute walk from both Victoria Cross metro and North Sydney train station (approx. 10 minutes journey into the CBD - 2 stops to Wynyard / Martin Place!). The location also offers excellent access to the Northern Beaches (15 min drive from Balmoral Beach), and is walking distance to the Sydney Harbour for Lunar Park, North Sydney Olympic Pool, and Lavender Bay - with views of the Harbour Bridge along the way! We are also a 20 minute drive from Lane Cove National Park.

Whilst the house is located in the centre of North Sydney, it is situated on a residential road meaning it is still very quiet and private. As this is a corporate area, we have excellent restaurants, bars and cafes within a 5 minute walk, as well as supermarkets - Coles & Aldi - and other essential stores.

We have 3 out of 4 bedrooms available in the house (one of our housemates is staying). As such, we are advertising as fully furnished. The house features 2 bathrooms, a generous open plan kitchen-living area, and garden space with BBQ and dining table. Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, and TV in the main living area. Additionally, furniture in the bedrooms can also be discussed (i.e. bed frame etc.)

Bills and expenses

Electricity is $15-20pp every month. Gas bill is nothing in the summer and around $30-40pp every 3 months in the winter. The water bill is managed by the landlord for every quarter and amounts to around $20pp
