I'm renting out our second room, which includes a private bathroom with shower. The house is spacious and features an underground walk-in storage with shelves, perfect for storing tools or furniture it is quite large so plenty of storage. There's a fenced back garden and a front garden, secured with a lockable side gate. The household consists of myself, my partner, and our friendly blue Staffy named Shadow. The kitchen is huge and the living room is massive. If you need a study there is a room for you to set up.
