The house has a warm, welcoming feel and features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large open-plan lounge and dining area, a laundry, two bathrooms, three toilets, and a small backyard. It is fitted with NBN, central heating and cooling, and gas (utilities are not included in the rent). There is plenty of free on-street parking available directly in front of the property.
Conveniently located close to High Street shops, the house is within walking distance of Woolworths and a variety of local restaurants. It’s just a 5-minute drive to Chatswood or a short bus ride, and approximately 15 minutes to the Sydney CBD. The bus stop is one block away, with services running to the city, via North Sydney, or to Chatswood and the train station.

I’m pretty active – I love trail walks and being outdoors, and I train most days at F45. I’m into healthy eating so I cook a lot of my own meals. We’re a great mix of personalities and everyone gets along really well. We’re all respectful, tidy, and like to keep the house clean and comfortable.
In my downtime, I’m usually watching a Netflix series or a movie. I enjoy the occasional glass of wine and midweek catch-up, but because I train a lot I don’t drink much during the week – Friday nights are more my unwind time.
Even though there are five of us, it never feels crowded. The house is spacious and it’s always easy to have your own space when you want it. We’ve got a mix of people working from home and in the office, and it all runs really smoothly.
