This smaller room has a small built in wardrobe, this is the smallest room in the house but is still spacious enough to fit a queen bed and small desk. The bathroom will be shared with another house mate that I can find but a beautiful modern bathroom to share.

10 min walk to the T-Way bus stop which will get you to parra/westmead or the metros quickly.
Shared modern bathroom.
Little built in wardbrobe.
Nice open lounge room.
Lounge room and kitchen is somewhat furnished now, I’m still working on it. I know have another occupant and she has 2 very lovely and calm dogs.
Nice backyard with a pool, bbq and pizza oven.
Modern kitchen with a huge island bench to work around.
I’m looking for $300/week but not including bills or internet
Looking for 6 month minimum stay.

Bills and expenses

The bills will be quite simple.
Internet is $75/month which will be split between either 2 or 3 people depending on when I can find flatmates.
Cleaners are not necessary as I’d hope we can collectively keep the house clean.
Electricity and Gas will also be split evenly between however many people are living in the beautiful home at the time.

Description of pets
I unfortunately do not currently have any pets but I definitely am contemplating getting a dog/cat. If you have any pets, i’m very pet friendly! And it is a secure and perfect backyard/house to have some friends running around!
