The house is a modern brick house in a very convenient location. Very easy walk to local shops, gym, parks and bus stops. 5 minute drive to Narellan for nearest shopping centre.
The room is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table. A large study area with dual screen desktop is also available for your use. You will be sharing a clean bathroom with one female.
The house is fully furnished. Internet is $26 a month (unlimited wifi) and includes access to Netflix. Bedding is also supplied if you choose to take the furnished room. An unfurnished room is available if you wish to bring your own furniture. Water/electricity/gas is billed every 3 months.

Bills and expenses
Electricity, gas and water are paid quarterly and split between three people. Internet (unlimited NBN/opticomm) is paid monthly ($26) and includes access to netflix in loungeroom. We all take turns to pitch in for different cleaning products that are need such as paper towel or dishwashing liquid, otherwise you are responsible for your own groceries.

Hi, I'm Alex! Im a 25yo female. I am a disability support worker and just finishing my paramedicine degree over the summer break. I have a beautiful labrador (8yo male) named Marley who will love you if you give him a butt scratch. I love gardening and indoor plants, refurbishing old furniture, painting, and anything where I can get creative! As I am a shift worker I do value housemates who are understanding of my sleep needs as I do sometimes need a quiet house to have a sleep during the day. I'm very easy to get along with and what you see is what you get. I like to have a chat of an evening or afternoon but also really appreciate my space at times.

I also have a little senior dog named Cooper, he is a shihtzu x poodle and an older gentleman so he likes to just sleep on the couch and climb onto your lap for a cuddle. We keep the house clean, with the exception of busy work weeks when it may get a little untidy as life gets busy, but always clean up after ourselves.
