Each bedroom has its own smart voice control system that works separately from other bedrooms so no overlapping between each system in the bedrooms. This means tenants cannot control or access accidentally other tenant’s system or devices via Alexa or apps.
Voice-command by Alexa runs through Echo Show 10” device provided in each bedroom to control the followings: 1) Wall switch; 2- Fully colour changing downlights; 3) Ceiling fan; 4) Two blinds; 5) Smart 43 inch TV; 6) Amazon Fire stick for streaming through different streaming services Netflix, Amazon Prime or Stan (only Netflix subscription included), 7) Philips Hue TV light strip at the back of the TV that syncs while watching movies.
Automations and routines were already setup for each bedroom; for example:
1- Command: ‘Alexa, it’s movie time’ OR ‘Alexa, let’s watch movie”

The house is fully-furnished and smart share house located 2 mins drive to Oran Park shopping centre. The house has 4 master bedrooms and EACH bedroom has an ensuite, walk in robe, TV so everyone has own private space and no bathroom to share. Also all internal walls are insulated by premium soundproof for more privacy. The entire house is covered by smart lights, smart motion light sensors, and smart motorised blinds. All of those are controlled by Alexa.
The common area has: dining table, 75inch smart TV, electric adjustable head and back incliner with led light, and 3.2m high kitchen so plenty of storage. The kitchen has also two large fridges and kitchenware to share among the 4 people. Other facilities in common area like ‘hide a hose’ ducted vacuum and smart wifi washer/dryer combo.
The backyard is has covered home gym. The gym includes brand new: 1) treadmill, 2) Rower, 3) all in one smith machine, 4) Weight Bench 5) Deadlift designated floor area, 6) 40kg adjustable dumbbells, 7) plenty of different bumper and rubber weight plates, and 8) some cross-fit equipment.
No keys needed to access starting from front pathway gate, main house door and bedroom. Every tenant has ONE unique passcode to access. House is secured by front fence and driveway gate and the footpath gate locked and controlled by swipe cards and passcodes so every tenant has their own passcode and swipe card.

Bills and expenses
The master bedroom rent is $290 weekly and available from 8 Feb. The rent includes ALL bills; water, gas, highest speed internet, Netflix and electricity. No landscape maintenance is required by people living in the house.

You must meet the minimum standard tenancy requirements below to get your rental application approved.
Tenancy Requirements:

1- Must be currently residing in Australia. People who are CURRENTLY overseas or have no tenancy history through an agent in Australia will NOT be accepted.
2- Must be looking for long term stay and sign a minimum of 6 months lease. This place is NOT for a short term stay, temporary stay or AirBnB;
3- is financially able to pay 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance while having a stable sufficient income to afford the rent. Welfare payments may be accepted in very limited circumstances.
4- has good tenancy history through an agent. No private rent history through the landlord is accepted.
5- is NON-PARTY and NON-SMOKER person to match with current housemates;
6- has NO pets. Pets are NOT permitted.
7- The bedroom is for SINGLE person only. 4 people MAX to live in 4 master bedrooms so COUPLE is NOT accepted.
Notes:
- No furniture to bring in are permitted because the bedroom is currently fully furnished. Moving small furniture may be permitted by the agent or landlord.
- Unless you work locally, this place suits more a person who has his own commute to live in Oran Park as the closest train station is Campbelltown which is 30-40 mins away by bus. Plenty of street park spots are there;
- The landlord does NOT live in the house but the house is professionally managed by a real state agent so a proper and legitimate standard NSW tenancy agreement is given to each tenant.
