Hey all,

Room available in Paddington as my housemate is moving back to Ireland soon. You’ll be living with me, full time working accountant in KPMG who largely works from the office. Much prefer to live with someone you’d consider a mate, have a laugh and share the space, though I’m often out and about myself.

A great spot on Oxford St in Paddington so location is incredible between Bondi and the city with bus stops on your doorstep. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes all within minutes.

Room has got a double though there’s room for bigger and space to put a desk in if needed. Also a large amount of storage space too within the built in wardrobe, and an aircon unit.

Living with me, full time worker and accountant in the CBD. Easygoing, chilled, and definitely upbeat and outgoing generally, as well as being a bit mad when it comes to fitness or sports. I’m pretty settled and have a lot of mates around Sydney so I’m generally out and about but if we vibe, of course you’ll be welcome to join in. And always good for a chat, a coffee, or hyping up a good takeaway and movie night.
