Home Description
Description of the home
Homely 2 bedroom terrace at the top end of Oxford Street near Centennial park. It's on a relatively quiet road with on-street parking if you have a permit. Wooden floors throughout and it has a nice little garden which gets heaps of sun throughout the day.
Bedroom can fit a queen bed and has lots of storage and space in the built in wardrobes - it overlooks the garden so very quiet and gets a nice breeze in the summer.
It's close to an IGA, QE stores, Woolworths and a 5 minute bus into Bondi Junction. We're about 2 minutes from a bus stop with very regular buses to Bondi Junction and Oxford Street and the city.
Lots of nice restaurants and little local pubs that do a good roast on a Sunday.

I live an active lifestyle and get up early most mornings to walk the dog and then play badminton 5 times a week and gym 2-3 times a week. I also play softball during Spring/Sunmer so not home too much in the evenings but when I am, happy to enjoy a wine and chill - keen to have a social housemate. I am pretty chilled out around the house and looking for someone who is similar. I am clean but I definitely don't want to live with someone who is OCD tidy. I try to be out and about on the weekends.
I would love someone who pays rent on time, clears up after themselves and happy to help with communal cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom.
Love a good bottle of wine, beach days, camping and enjoy a drama free house.
