Description of the home

Our place is a cute terrace house that is a five minute walk from Five Ways in Paddington, a 10 minute walk from Oxford street, and 10 minutes to Edgecliff train station. There's also a bus route from Five Ways straight into the city, and the bus only takes like 15 mins :) The neighbourhood is beautiful, mostly with young families and their cute doggos. There are two parks nearby, both within a 5 minute walking distance. There is also a Woolworths metro a 5 minute walk away. The house has a beautiful old architecture, but has been renovated so that it is incredibly clean and fresh, with a very modern bathroom.

Bills and expenses

These vary every period depending on which service it is, but our quarterly water bill was about $72 total, electricity for 3 months was $250 and internet is $86 monthly. We split these evenly between the 3 of us, and use Beemit to sort these expenses.
