We are looking for someone to share our three bedroom terrace in Paddington. The terrace is large and spacious with a large sitting room, dining area, small back garden and close to Moore and Centennial Parks.
The bedroom for rent is a double room with a large, floor to ceiling wardrobe. The house is furnished, and a double bed is included. The bathroom is shared with myself and my partner.
All bills are included in the $400 price. This includes water, electricity, wireless internet PLUS a fortnightly professional cleaner.
