Fully furnished with a New King Single bed with firm mattress, I supply all towels and linens, so just bring your luggage. WiFi is available will share the costs. A very quiet street, 2 mins walk to Oxford Street, shops, pubs and galleries

Sharing with myself only, Australian male 45 years young. I travel for work (IT), so looking for a responsible and tidy person who will look after the running of the house whilst I am away. Prefer long term 5-6 months or more however, a minimum 2 months is okay.

This is a traditional style heritage Paddington terrace circa 1880 with outdoor garden, meticulously maintained, full of authentic charm and lots of light. Only a minutes walk to the 333 bus to the city, Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach. Take a 7 minute stroll to Taylor Square to buses to Coogee, Randwick, Clovelly and Maroubra. A great area to reside in for local things to do, like pubs, galleries, sailing clubs and walking distance to Town Hall and Centennial Park if you are a cyclist. There is a Go Get car 1 minute down the road.
