Looking for friendly considerate and clean people to move in - ideally a couple, or two female friends. We will rent the whole downstairs out to one couple or two friends for 600 a week. We are also happy to rent out the whole place for 500 a week to one person
The home is in Pagewood, a 20 minute walk from Westfields Eastgardens, and right next to a bus stop where the bus can take you to Botany, Mascot Station, and many other common destinations. The home is also located 7 min walk from a 350 bus stop that takes you to the airport, Burwood, Bondi etc.
We live on the top floor of our house, which is completely cut off from the bottom floor, where you would be living. You can enter the bottom floor through a completely private side entrance. Your home includes a kitchen (with a microwave, and stove), bathroom, laundry machine, WiFi, a TV, two beds (one bed in each room), a dining table, couches, and so on.
We also have a sunny open backyard for you to sit. We also have a lot of street space for parking - so perfect if you own a car.
