Are you looking for a private room in a beautiful modern and clean flat in Parramatta? Then this is a perfect place for you!
We are 2 fun-loving friends looking for a new Christian friend to rent one of the rooms. Great natural light, own bathroom and built in mirror wardrobe, access to 2 sun filled balconies and a convenient location. It’s close to public transport, 15 min walk from Western Sydney Uni South and City campus, 15 min walk to Westfield, only 5min walk to the river side and ferry. Plus if you have a car there is easy access to street parking too.

All of this for $200 a week with utility expenses (electricity, wifi and gas) split between the 3 of us :)

A little bit about us: we are 2 Christian friends from Sydney and Latin-america, that love God and love people. We normally host on Friday nights dinners with bible discussions and fun social events, pre and post lockdown of course! ☺️ We love food, movies, nature and a bit of dancing too!

How do you know if this place is for you?
- Are you a Christian girl (or keen to become one)?
- Are you ok with us hosting bible discussions on Friday nights (post lockdown)?
- Are you someone that does not smoke nor drink alcohol nor brings men to the flat?
If you’ve answered yes to these questions then you are the friend we are looking for 🥳

The length of stay will be a minimum of 2 months with the potential to extend.
