The apartment is on the 17th floor having amazing view and awesome amenities.
It has amazing Gym and Swimming Pool.
It's 100mts from Parramatta station and Westfield which has awesome shopping options and Woolies and Coles. It's really close to all the amazing restaurants and cafes

I am a single full time person in the flat. I am super chill person and respect privacy but do not shy away with having a conversation and food/drinks together. We love to keep the place clean and expect the same.
Looking forward to a single flatmate or couple. Stay happy and be positive.

About the Room:-
Room is ensuite room in a 2 bedroom apartment and have a perfect view from the window and have access to balcony. It's the biggest room in the house with private bathroom and balcony respectively. You would NOT get the whole furniture in the room which are in picture but will get the bed. You can bring your small furniture if you need or if you wish to put your own bed, we are fine with it. I can surely help with the move in process.
