This room is highly suitable for a female student, older females. Who travels light and values quick, reliable public transport. The bedroom is fully furnished and shouldn't be used for storage with large items, It’s best for someone with minimal personal belongings.

This room would be most suitable for a female student or someone older without a car or furniture.
Most of all no males to be invited inside the Apartment. This is our private home, and we would like to keep it safe for us and yourself as a guest. When meeting males please arrange to meet them somewhere else not inside our home or at the front door of the apartment. If you want to invite a female friend for a night or during the day, please ask before inviting.
Please don't cause a disturbance to neighbouring residents or to anyone else in the apartment. Maintaining the peaceful enjoyment of all residents is a shared responsibility. No feeding the wildlife from the balcony or throwing food over the balcony. Sorry I cannot except children in this apartment as the balcony is not safe for children.
I dont need the worry or the responsibility of a serious accident in the apartment.
