The bedroom has a kingle single base + mattress, but previous flatmate can fit a double bed in there with room to spare.

It also comes with a bedside table as well. If you have your own furniture I'm happy to take the current ones in the room out too.

Rent won't change for a year because I signed a 1 year lease to May next year.

The building block is 13 Victoria Rd Parramatta so you can Google public transport and local amenities for your reference.

The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath on 2nd floor with a private greenery view, great for hanging laundry or chilling outside.

10 mins walk to Parramatta station, WSU parramatta city campus, Westfield, PHIVE library and Eat Street.

3 mins walk to city bus and light rail.

Coles and macca is opposite the house.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me, and have your own personal space in the living room as well. It's ideal to be a study/WHF space or extra storage for your belongings (it's the whole empty area where the big window is in the photo).

I work fulltime in the city and bartending on the side so you'll have the apartment to yourself most of the time.

Im a 28 YO Australian-Vietnamese working fulltime in the city and bartending on the side so won't get to be in the house much during weekdays.

I don't mind people cooking in the house, all cuisines welcome haha. I already have an oven, air fryer, toaster etc that you can use too.

I like to chill and unwind when I'm not working. I like to vacumming/mopping and bathroom cleaning at least twice a month and would appreciate it if you can share the chores with me.
