Very clean, organised and bright apartment. Furnished with a couch, TV, shelf, mirrors, and dining table in the hall. Kitchen has microwave, fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle, 4 gas stoves. Balcony has 2 drying racks for clothes. Washing machine and dryer are in the 2nd bathroom. Both housemates are very friendly, helpful, and easy people to live with.

The apartment is on the 4th floor. 5 minute walk from Parramatta train station and Westfield. Extremely convenient and lively location to live in, with a post office nearby, lots of great restaurants and cafes, scenic routes and parks to walk in, pilates studios, gyms, convenience stores around every corner. You name it, we have it within a 2km radius at the maximum.

I’m a 24 year old female who is looking to move out of Sydney upon graduation in Aug 2026. I have lived in this apartment for a year with my two close friends. They both are also females in their early 20s, graduating soon and job hunting at the moment. None of us smoke or do drugs, and are looking for a housemate who doesn’t do either too. We do drink occasionally. We don’t have pets but love animals! We share a kitchen, living room space and balcony together. All of us are very clean and hygienic, and you’ll very rarely find our house a mess. We have a TV too that you can use anytime, furniture such as a dining table, couch, mirror, drying racks in balcony, etc. Willing to sublet my room fully furnished (at an additional cost) as shown in the images! None of us are loud, and all of us are very adaptable and open to adjusting to others’ needs. We are easy people to live with, and friendly to chat to should you wish to.
