Two bedroom apartment. Small flight of stairs up. The apartment consists of full kitchen with gas stove, internal laundry and bathroom with shower and bath. Small sunny balcony to the side and medium size balcony, off the main living area facing into the complex.
You will have your own room with built-in mirrored wardrobe. It is a light-filled decent size room facing away from the block's communal areas. Would fit a double or queen bed. I have a single bed with mattress should you like to use that.
There are a few parking spots within the block, otherwise on-street parking is plentiful.
There is a bus stop right outside the apartment block (Route 705 and 708) and Pendle Hill train station, the IGA and local shops is a 10 minute walk. Pendle Hill Meat Market is a 15 minute walk (great for meat and green groceries) as is the Great Western Highway.
