The home is stunning.

Location is 8 min walk from lewisham station and off street parking easily available.

There is only myself and my 10 year old dog living in the house atm. Potentially one or two more person in the house, make it totally 2-3 people in this 4 bedroom 2 bathrroom 3 toilet large house with a open plan living and garden

You will have your own bedroom and shared bathroom but not busy at any time. There will be plenty of privacy and space for everyone.

When it comes to flatmate , I am looking for a single person only and see how our dynamic goes. Open to long term flatmate if we get along well.

There are 2 rooms to rent , one is big at front and another one is smaller in the middle . But both are pretty big fitting king/queen side and a desk chair easily. (UPDATE: the front room is gone now with a lovely flatmate. The middle room with one window is still available for the right person)

It’s a quiet , clean and morden house in general with nice furniture and appliances.
