Victorian style home in Sydney’s inner west, on a generous block, with the house itself over 200 sqm. 3 bedrooms in total. I live in one, keep one for occasional guests, and the third is the one for rent. There’s a working fireplace in the living room, an established garden with fruit trees, and a barbecue area. There are two bathrooms in the house, plus a separate outdoor toilet, so there’s never really a fight over the bathroom.
