I’m looking for someone to share this brand new, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 balcony, large 106 sqm corner apartment on lvl 4 in 'Building B' of The Siding, Petersham.

Your room is well appointed and fully furnished with a new bed, plush new mattress and side tables.

The room also has large mirrored built-ins, block-out blinds and your own private balcony that overlooks the internal grounds of The Siding.

The main bathroom with bath has ample upper cabinet storage and will for the most part, be exclusively yours (the only exception being on the very rare occasion I happen to have a guest over and I do mean - rare, they may use this bathroom).

And if you have a car, you can either take advantage of available on-street parking or, if secure, off-street parking is needed, this can be provided at additional cost per month (which we'd work out).

Also, we’re above the brand new and very stylish Petersham RSL (and I know ‘RSL’ and ‘stylish’ don’t normally go hand in hand - but trust me on this one); this new RSL boasts a day spa, 2 restaurants, a cafe and a pub - check it out on YouTube by searching: Petersham RSL NSW.

And not forgetting, we’re in the heart of Sydney’s famous Portuguese precinct which includes Sweet Belem Cafè (best Portuguese tarts in Sydney) and Frangos Chicken (best Portuguese chicken for miles) as well as our great little local pub, the White Cockatoo Hotel just over the tracks so you won't be hard-pressed to find delicious food and coffee.

And you can’t get much closer to Petersham train station, only 2 minutes walk - across Trafalgar Street, with Newtown just 2 stops away, Redfern 3 stops and 4 stops to Central; and in the opposite direction, just 3 stops to Ashfield which boasts an ALDI, COLES, Woolworths, Priceline, Chemist Warehouse and a great selection of Asian grocers - I could go on.

I’m a clean, tidy, house-proud guy who appreciates a relaxed, drama-free home life.

I'm full time employed, regular hours and like most, some days I work in the office and some days from home.

I gym in the evenings and then the usual stuff - Netflix, PlayStation, or fall into a YouTube rabbit hole.

Although I began my work life as a chef, I rarely cook at home as I can’t be bothered with the mess and clean-up. When I do cook I keep it quick, easy and fuss free - and I'm more than happy to share.

My socialising is predominantly done out of the home - restaurants, movies, time with friends.

I'd love a like-minded flat mate I can share the occasional drink &/or dinner with but who has there own thing going on too.
