Description of the home

The flat is a only couple of streets away from the heart of Potts Point with all its restaurants, cafes, bars, gyms and market but our side of the neighbourhood is really quiet.

We also have an amazing and unobstructed view over the harbour and the Opera House which is delightful all year round and especially convenient on NYE!

The building has a gym, an indoor pool, a spa bath and a sauna.

Kings Cross station is at the end of our street, 6 minutes walk away. Similar distance for Coles and Woolies.
Town Hall and Circular Quay are both 30 minutes walk away.

The flat comes with two car spaces.

It will only be you and one other flatmate, each with your own bedroom and bathroom.

We accept full timers and whoever is willing to buy the bed, because it is new and i'll moving overseas and i will not take with me.
