The room that’s up for rent is slightly bigger than mine, the window faces the fence so you can be sneaky and watch me come in and out.
Also I mentioned I have to dogs. So PLEASE be careful when coming in and out and the doggos love to try and scape. They have an air tag on their necklace just in case but it always better to prevent.
Also have to make sure the slighting door isn’t left open so the little toy poodle doesn’t get out.

Hi, I currently live in townhouse/granny flat. It has been renovated. It is fully fenced. And it has its separate/own private entrance.
I own two dogs, a staffy who sleeps outside and a toy poodle that stays inside. Both females :)
(They are not aggressive).
I moved into this place with mum but she is moving out very soon, so I’m looking for a room mate who can pay half the rent, and half the electricity bill.
I also currently pay for home internet.
Great location, quite, there is a park and bush walk next to the house. Close to shops, petrol station etc.
