It is being used as my office to keep my tools and work equipment right now ( see last few photos of the actual room ) but will be available anytime.

Preference is for easy going, relaxed person(s) who is quiet, clean & tidy and respectful. No OCD.

Current housemates: Two young semi-social busy young professionals studying ( part time ) and working ( full time ) in a range of different industries ( IT / management / events, engineering ). We cook during the week and have full kitchen equipment for cooking but we prefer to eat out in weekend.

What you expect living with us: 
You will be sharing with two friendly, trustworthy and respectful people in a quiet easygoing environment in this beautiful neighbourhood. We are semi-social household and are completely busy doing things and taking care of ourselves, family, relationship, work, friends, connection, bosses, colleagues, etc.... We are looking for people who are clean and tidy and live in a drama free life.

It is not a party house, but I do like to enjoy a few drinks at home or go out with friends on occassion. All clean and tidy as we go, simple adult stuff.
Compatible people
Honest, reliable, organised, friendly and respectful people. You will share this two bedroom apartment with one person but my family will visit the apartment sometime so we are looking for someone who is Independent and enjoy some quiet downtime after long day from work.

Characteristic of this home:
*This is a home and is furnished with lots of furniture and house plants ( I am plants addicted and love spending time in gardening so you will find plants around the apartment ). The apartment is kept clean but is probably not suitable for a person who is OCD about neat and orderly furnishings - I do know what most people like to live in but our home is not a display apartment :) ( I work part time for a staging company around the city and I know how to set up a space / place to make you will pay more money on the same thing lol Thats my work and I just don't like living in a staging home without actual living touches/options. However, I can share with you more about my work if we become housemate )

** We try to be sustainable by recycling and growing some of our own vegetables and herbs. We are looking for someone who is into sustainable living.
