Ideal Roommate: I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and reliable. Whether you’re a professional or a student, if you love a serene yet convenient city living, you could be the perfect fit. We prefer non-smokers, and unfortunately, pets can’t be accommodated at this time.

Rent Details: The rent is set at $520 per week. A security deposit of $1000 is required upon move-in.
