🐱 Pet Policy:
We are a couple with two cats, so the tenant must be comfortable with pets. Please refrain from bringing anything harmful to them into the apartment, such as Lily flowers.

🚭 Smoking Policy:
Non-smoking individuals are preferred.

🚻 Bathroom:
The bathroom is shared with the female individual of the couple.
