A fully furnished apartment in a lovely location in Pyrmont. You will have your own fully furnished room and bathroom. I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy. I have all the essentials like appliances and cookware. The building is fairly new and has a BBQ, pool, sauna, and gym. It’s 4 minutes walk from fish market light rail and bus stops. 5 minutes walk to Woolworths and 9 minutes walk to Coles. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The house location is ideal for UTS and USYD going students as well.
