I have this amazing QUIET large apartment to share 4mins from Darling Harbour!!

The apartment has a big balcony to chill out and the complex has a swimming pool, gym, sauna and concierge. No A PARTY house. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WORKS NORMAL WORKING HOURS hours 9-6pm.

I'm looking for someone tidy, responsible and easy going who doesnt cook much. The person MUST love dogs (I have a small very friendly dog). You will get your own bathroom (biggest bathroom of the aoartment). Internet could be included under request for extra 30 dollars a month.

Preferably a CLEAN AND QUITE professional in their mid 30s who works also from home often but happy with any clean quiet person (men or woman :)

We will be requesting references from previous real estates or employees. And the normal ID documemtation.
