The ensuite room available is located within a luxurious water front apartment unit in Pyrmont. The living area and ensuite bedroom are furnished with long windows which provide a lovely view of the courtyard within the residential complex. We therefore get a lot of natural light within the apartment in the daytime and evenings in summer.
The rent includes a car park space as well as access to our residential swimming pool and gym.

It's a fully furnished apartment and features a comfortable living space and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a new nespresso machine.

The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, with easy access to public transport, shopping, and dining options. These include:
Public transport - Bus 2 mins walk (new metro station is also under construction which is a 4 min walk)
Star Casino - 1 min walk
Restaurants - 1 min walk
Medical Centres - 3 mins walk
Darling Harbour - 5-7 mins walk
City - 10 mins car drive or 15 mins walk
University of Technology Sydney - 20 mins bus ride

Bills and expenses

Electricty, gas and internet bills will be split equally considering reasonable usage :) Water is included in the rent.
