The spacious living room provides plenty of room to relax, and there is also a lovely balcony. There is also a separate laundry room fitted with a new washing machine and dryer.
Building info:
The building offers a concierge service 7 days a week, along with access to a swimming pool, sauna, gym and a wonderful rooftop. Private parking is available at an additional cost.
The location is very convenient: only a 5-minute walk to Coles and Woolies, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and liquor stores nearby. Public transport is very convenient, with major bus routes right in front of the building, including: 389 (Pyrmont → Town Hall), 501 (Pyrmont → Parramatta), around 7 minutes to the light rail, and just a short walk to Darling Harbour.
