My name is Ashley and I’m looking for a flatmate. My apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath. I live in Pyrmont and it’s a short 15 minute walk to the city. My apartment is clean, has air con, is fully furnished, and pet-free. Your (future) room isn’t furnished, but there is an attached bathroom and balcony. There is also another balcony attached to the living room. I have a washer and dryer along with a dishwasher. You also have your own underground parking spot along with a storage unit.
