About the apartment: Large unfurnished one bedroom with shared bathroom and self-contained laundry with washer and dryer. The apartment is older but everything works well and you’re a 5 minute walk from Freshwater shops and the beach. There is a bus directly outside the apartment complex as well as scramble off street parking and free street parking.
About you: I’m looking for a chilled, working professional who has their own hobbies and interests. Cleanliness is paramount as I’d like to share the space with someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of our shared living space. This is not a party house, sorry!
About me: I am a full-time project manager working on the Northern Beaches, Monday to Friday. I’m laid back, have my own hobbies and interests (including surfing, spearfishing, exercising) and enjoy coming home to a calm, clean and tidy apartment.
