Description of the home
This brick house offers outstanding convenience, with shops just across the road and a bus stop right out front, providing easy access to public transport. Woolworths, McDonald's, and Subway are all within walking distance, making daily errands easy and accessible.
Two refrigerators are provided, with each refrigerator shared between two nominated rooms. All kitchen cabinets, drawers, and shelves are evenly allocated among the four rooms. Certain storage areas are reserved as shared space for items such as pots, pans, and other communal kitchenware.
Pool chemicals will be provided at the landlord’s expense. Tenants are responsible for carrying out regular pool maintenance if they wish to use the pool, or they may request the landlord to arrange cleaning at a rate of $30 per hour.
The proof of your affordability(e.g. payslip, bank statement) may be required.

Bills and expenses
All bills are included in the rent. (Electricity, gas, water and the Internet). You can have your own portable Aircon or heater, but it will be measured with its own power meter, pay as you go weekly at standard electricity rate. (As to 23-FEB-2026, it's $0.45/kwh from Energy Australia)
