The room is quiet & peaceful with lots of natural light, and block out blinds.
Size is med/small, but, the flat is big with high ceilings and lots of storage areas.
Room fits double bed and a wardrobe. ( See pic for reference with double bed and robe, it’s my neighbour’s room)
It is empty now so you can make it your own. The flat is furnished but can accomodate more items.

First floor of quiet building. Older but well kept flat. Very close to all amenities & Ramsgate Beach village. Location is amazing; 5 min walk to beach, shops, and buses, yet a very quiet block. 15 min drive to airport, 10 min drive to hospital and train station. Saturday market 5 min walk.
Lovely large older flat, high ceilings. Carpeted. Lots of natural light. Flat is furnished but can accommodate more pieces if needed. I’m not attached to the couch. Desk with printer set up in living room.

Large living room, big pantry. Older French style kitchen. Electric stove. Shelf space in cupboards and pantry.
Bathroom has separate shower and bath, great water pressure! Unlimited hot water. Sunroom currently used for storage but we can make a great space with it.
I’m currently decluttering with goal to reduce my things dramatically for new life chapter. There’s no wifi or tv, I tether from my phone.
No washing machine but space for one in internal laundry.
If you want a peaceful home to relax by the beach this is for you.

This is a great fit for someone who works or studies full-time, or is semi retired and wants a quiet place to call home. I am home most of the days so it would not suit someone who works from home full-time.
Location is amazing, and considering it’s so close to beach and shops, it is a very quiet block.
No drugs or excessive alcohol, or loud tv. Not a party house.

The ad is for the smaller room but I will consider offering my larger room for a higher price down the track. Happy to discuss options. Eventually I want to move out and offer the flat to someone else if the timing works out.
