Furnished First floor of quiet building. Older but well kept flat. Very close to all amenities & Ramsgate Beach village. Location is amazing; 5 min walk to beach, shops, and buses, yet a very quiet block. 15 min drive to airport, 10 min drive to hospital and TAFE and train station. Saturday market 5 min walk. Lovely large older flat, high ceilings. Carpeted. Lots of natural light. Flat is furnished but can accommodate more pieces if needed.

Location is amazing, and considering it’s so close to beach and shops, it is a very quiet block.
