The room is quiet, with lots of natural light, and block out blinds.
Size is med/small, but, the flat is big with high ceilings and lots of storage areas.
Room fits double bed and a wardrobe. It is empty now so you can make it your own. It was my healing room so the energy is calm. The flat is furnished. ( I have added a photo of room set up for visual. The available room isn't furnished.)

Furnished First floor of quiet building. Very close to all amenities & Ramsgate Beach village. Location is amazing; 5 min walk to beach, shops, and buses, yet a very quiet block. 15 min drive to airport, 10 min drive to hospital and TAFE and train station. Saturday market 5 min walk. Lovely large older flat, high ceilings. Carpeted. Lots of natural light. Flat is furnished but can accommodate more pieces if needed.
Quiet block with respectful older neighbours who all know each other.
Large living room, big pantry. Older French style kitchen. Electric stove. Shelf space in cupboards and pantry.
Bathroom has separate shower and bath, great water pressure! Unlimited hot water. If you want a peaceful home to relax by the beach this is for you.

I’m transitioning back into work and study in healing and meditation modalities, so I’m often home during the day. I’m also rebuilding my fitness after an accident and appreciate a quieter household.
I’m honest, very intuitive, and down-to-earth. I enjoy nature, movies, road trips, travel, and shared laughs, while also valuing personal space and privacy. I’ve previously worked as a clothing designer and in the health food industry.

Location is amazing, and considering its so close to beach and shops, it is a very quiet block.
