This is a great, spacious and light 3 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Randwick. All 3 rooms currently available. Happy to rent individually or to a group.

You can’t beat it for location. On Blenheim St just behind Coles and Randwick Plaza. Literally a one minute walk to the entrance of POW Hospital and two minutes walk to the UNSW Campus. One minute walk to The hustle and bustle of Belmore Road with shops, cafes and direct bus routes to the City, Bondi, Coogee, Maroubra, Eastgardens and the Airport. One minute walk to the tram/light rail stop direct to the City. 5 minutes walk to The Spot; 15 minutes walk to Coogee Beach; 15 minutes walk to Centennial Park - you really do have it all on your doorstep!

The flat comes with a roomy open plan living area and has 2 long sun rooms - one running down each side of the living space. It has a fully stocked modern kitchen, brand new fridge (not even out of the wrappers), and all the standard appliances. 43 inch TV with Apple TV to stream all your favourite apps. There’s room to set up a study area of you need to work from home - and I can provide desks and office chairs - there’s also plenty of space in each bedroom for the same.

There is one main bathroom with separate tub and shower, and one bedroom has an ensuite. There is a large separate internal laundry room with washer and dryer, and plenty of storage. One of the sunrooms could also be used as a storage area for say bikes, surfboards etc, in the absence of a garage; or could be used as an additional study nook.

I’m happy to add more furniture - I have plenty in storage. But I’m equally happy to remove anything you don’t want or need, and you’re welcome to bring things with you too. I’m very flexible.

There is a huge ensuite with a quadruple built in wardrobe, and a queen bed and mattress and linen and towels provided. This room is available right now.

Then 2 standard rooms which share a bathroom, with double beds and mattresses, linen and towels, and a selection of furniture between them - a wardrobe, a hanging rail, a set of drawers, a desk and chair, a lamp etc.
These 2 rooms are currently tenanted by 2 male, US students studying a semester at UNSW, but they will be leaving early-mid May - when these rooms will become vacant.

All bills included. Two weeks bond for two weeks notice and no minimum term is required. Although ideally looking for people who would like to stay longer term and create a happy and stable household.
