Great location, bus stop is right outside the home and goes express to the city, Bondi junction or Coogee. Alternatively it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the ‘wansey road’ Light rail stop. A 5 minute walk to Woolworths/Harris Farm/Fitness First gym and the main shops in Randwick, a 5 minute walk to Centennial Park and a 25 min walk to Coogee beach.

Hi, I'm Alex, I'm 36 and work as a Corporate Affairs Manager in Finance. I work fairly long hours and WFH 1-2 days per week. I'm trying to get back into fitness so enjoying running, beach, gym. My family is in Brisbane so I travel north now and again. The house is owned by me so there won’t be any unexpected rent changes from real estate etc. I love the house and want to make sure it’s a home for everyone in it - definitely not a party house and would like to keep it that way!

You'll also be living with my flatmate Holly, who is 30 and works in comms. She leads an active lifestyle and enjoys running and reading.
