Three bedroom home plus a large shared study and European laundry. The bathroom downstairs will be shared by you and one other (I have my own ensuite). Great location, bus stop is right outside the home and goes express to the city, Bondi junction or Coogee. Alternatively it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the ‘wansey road’ Light rail stop. A 5 minute walk to Woolworths/Harris Farm/Fitness First gym and the main shops in Randwick, a 5 minute walk to Centennial Park and a 25 min walk to Coogee beach.
