Description of the home
Hey there, we are renting a spare room on the ground floor of our property in Randwick which is close to Coogee and Maroubra beaches.
The room is self-contained, fully furnished and would have access to a bathroom shared with one other girl who is in her early twenties, English, is a student and is extremely easy to live with.
We are close to the light rail (10 mins walk) which runs into the city every 5 mins and only takes 30 mins to the centre of the CDB. We are also close to the hospital and university.
The house has just been renovated so is a beautiful space to live in and once we head upstairs you and our one other house mate have the whole downstairs to yourself.
There are lots of chill out, tv watching or sitting outside areas so lots of room in the house which is very modern as we have just completed a $700k reno.
