Description of the home
I’m currently renting my room while I’m overseas. The room is available from the 1st of June and you will be sharing the apartment with my flatmate (female) during your stay. Minimum stay 4 weeks - maximum 8
The apartment is located only two blocks away from The Spot, a great place and community with plenty of restaurants and a few nice pubs. The bus station is located 2 mins away and the light-rail station 5 mins. Coogee beach is only 12-15 mins away walking 2 - 3 mins by car.
The images reflect the current configuration of the room and you will be able to use the set of drawers and the closet.
The supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths are located 10 mins away. Most of the time you will find free parking around the apartment.

You can expect a peaceful and serene environment in the apartment, save for the times when I'm strumming my guitar, a practice I conduct at considerate hours and at a low volume.
