Hi I'm Maddy and my lovely housemate is moving overseas at the end of May.
I'm 33 and working as a doctor (no night shifts thankfully!) and love spending my free time at the beach / exercising along the coastal walk / going for dinner with friends etc.
The place is halfway between Gordons Bay / Clovelly Beach and Centennial Park, and 2 mins walk to the Clovelly Rd shops and cafes, where there are also a few good Pilates studios / gyms etc.
The apartment leads out onto a communal north-facing backyard for a morning coffee or having friends round.
I'm looking for someone to join me who is houseproud and independent but also up for a chat over a glass of wine now and then.
I've been fortunate to have a bunch of excellent housemates in the past (who are now great friends!) and hoping for a similar kind of deal.
