Hey everyone! Subletting my room in Randwick for 2 weeks from 11 Jan to 26 Jan. $420/week.

🌞 Light filled bedroom in friendly 3-Bed apartment 🏡

The bedroom:
- Spacious, with large windows & natural light☀️
- Comes furnished (bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, shoe rack).
- please note the room has since been rearranged from the photo but still contains all the same furniture.

📍Location: The apartment is in a fantastic location, just two minutes from the bus stop, with multiple express buses to the city in 20 minutes. It’s also a 5 min walk to the light rail, 10min bus ride (or 5min by car) to Coogee Beach and a 5min walk to Randwick shops (Woolworths and Coles) and gyms. We’re also only 10 minutes from Centennial Park 🌳.

🍳Kitchen : A large kitchen with a granite cooktop (lots of space to cook), dishwasher, and big windows allowing lots of light and a lovely view! 🌅

🛋️ Lounge room: Very large lounge room, with a dining table, a large sofa, and the added bonus of a bean bag.

🧺Laundry : The apartment has a new washing machine and dryer (not shared with other apartments).

You’ll be living with a lovely Aussie/ Costa Rican couple and a lovely girl from the UK, they’re all super lovely and very clean and considerate. We’re looking for someone to fit this dynamic 😌
