Looking for someone to take over my furnished room in our lovely Randwick apartment!
The bedroom:
- Spacious, with large windows & natural light☀️
- Comes furnished (bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, shoe rack).
Location: The apartment is in a fantastic location, just two minutes from the bus stop, with multiple express buses to the city in 20 minutes. It’s also a five-minute walk to the light rail, a 10-minute bus ride (or five minutes by car) to Coogee Beach 🏖️, and a five-minute walk to Randwick shops (Woolworths and Coles) and gyms. We’re also only 10 minutes from Centennial Park 🌳—great for outdoor activities!
Kitchen 🍳: A large kitchen with a granite cooktop (lots of space to cook), dishwasher, and big windows allowing lots of light and a lovely view! 🌅
Lounge room 🛋️: Very large lounge room, with a dining table, a large sofa, and the added bonus of a bean bag.
Laundry 🧺: The apartment has a new washing machine and dryer (not shared with other apartments).
