Looking for a considerate, clean and friendly housemate to take over my room as I’m moving out to live with my partner 😊

You’d be living with my Aussie sister and her partner from Costa Rica, plus a lovely Belgian girl. We’re all working professionals in our mid-20s and have created a really warm, relaxed and respectful home environment. During the week things are usually pretty quiet as we’re all busy with work, but we also love having a chat, watching TV together or hanging out when everyone’s free.

We’re definitely past our partying days and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, tidy, considerate, friendly. We all are usually early risers and all enjoy having a chill and positive and positive home environment ☺️☺️

📍Location: The apartment is in an amazing spot, only 2 minutes from the bus stop with multiple express buses to the city in 20 minutes, a 5-minute walk to the light rail, 10 minutes to Coogee Beach 🏖️ and walking distance to Randwick shops, gyms, cafes and Centennial Park 🌳

🍳 Kitchen: Large kitchen with plenty of cooking space, granite cooktop, dishwasher and lots of natural light.

🛋️ Lounge room: Spacious shared lounge with dining table, couch and TV.

🧺 Laundry: New washing machine and dryer (not shared with other apartments).
