Great big apartment with natural light throughout. There's a big kitchen, two bathrooms, a sunroom, dining area and 2 balconies.

The apartment has just about everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, internet, binge, Netflix, Disney+, appleTV etc., washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is also air-conditioning/heating unit, along with a fireplace in the main living area + fans in all the rooms.

The room is big with one north facing window overlooking the park. It has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space + drawers and storage. There are currently 2 x single beds in the room which can be converted into a king.

The apartment is in a great location, directly across from Queens Park. Short walk from Bondi Junction, plus plenty of public transport.

Living with myself, Chloe. I’m 32 yo from Sydney. I work full time in law in the city. I like to keep fit, cook, and relax in the evenings and be social on the weekends. The apartment is definitely not a party house but still great for hosting friends. I’m easy going, neat and tidy.
