Large bedroom + a private home office offered for 2-3 months while I’m overseas (move-in/out dates are somewhat flexible, so do ask). The rent is 350$ per week (all bills included) and gives you private access to 2 rooms (1 bedroom + 1 home office).
Our unique flat is located 5 mins walking distance from the Royal Randwick mall (easy access to countless shops and great transport to the CBD, the beaches, UNSW, and more). The flat is very spacious and has a huge living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to a big backyard (see pictures).
I’m looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, and respectful. You would be sharing the flat with only 1 housemate (friendly and easy-going Dutch guy, professional, age 27), while I'm away.
