Beautiful four bed house at the Spot and 10min walk to Coogee beach!
Fully furnished room with walk-in cupboard under the stairs with amble storage and shelving, with double bed (so comfortable!), drawers, bedside table, lamp and clothing rail.
Great room with large window with lots of natural light (and great blackout curtains)
The house has 2 bathrooms (one with a huge jet bath!), 2 lounge rooms, large upstairs balcony (which gets beautiful sunsets), chill patio area downstairs, laundry, massive kitchen-diner. So many cozy living spaces !
Super close to public transport, UNSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, with ample on-street parking.
Can be flexible on the move in date.

Ayla works in marketing and loves cuddles and walks with John (the dog!). Josh works in the film industry and on his downtime enjoys movies, video games. Arianne works in the music industry and loves walks, coffee, Pilates and watching a movie in the evenings!
Everyone gets on really well and we enjoy spending time with each other in the house; although are always very respectful of each others alone time and privacy.
